Sputtering Thin Film On Steel Technology
The sputtering thin film on steel technology uses MEMS technology to directly fabricate the strain resistance on a 17-4PH stainless steel substrate, resistors are sputtered onto a stainless steel diaphragm build wheatstone bridge circuit. Through the elastic deformation of the substrate, the chip outputs an mV voltage signal linearly related to the measured pressure to achieve accurate and fast measurement of the measured pressure.
